Alicia Corbett

Clinical Manager QLD

Alicia is a registered Psychologist with over 12 years experience working within forensic and organisational psychology. Alicia served as a police officer with NSW Police for seven years, spending three years in the Domestic Violence Unit, which fuelled her passion for working with women to enhance psychological resilience and self-development as well as overall health and wellbeing.

Alicia has also previously worked as a specialist psychologist within the Australian Crime Commission, where she was responsible for the psychological wellbeing of intelligence analysts and investigators working in high risk duties.

Alicia is an active member of the Australian Army Reserves, where she provides psychological debriefings and training to military personnel at all levels and from April 2009 to January 2010 completed active, full-time duties, including a deployment to East Timor.

In DTC, Alicia provides a range of services including Specialist Domestic Violence counselling, critical incident response and trauma counselling as well as workshop and training facilitation.

Alicia is a member of the Australian Psychological Society.
