James Green

Contact Centre and Resourcing Manager

James joined DTC in October 2017 with over 10 years of experience with one of Australia's largest general insurers, IAG (NRMA Insurance). He has held various roles throughout his time from sales, team leadership and most recently holding positions as Operations Manager and Call Centre Manager. He is a highly energetic, engaging manager with great experience leading, coaching and developing customer sales and service teams within the corporate sector. James' passion is to see everyone enjoy what they do every day and bringing out the best in those around him through facilitating training, coaching for success, and challenging the status quo. In leading our contact centre operations, James brings large scale call centre capability to DTC in many areas including customer centric design, call forecasting, finance, recruiting and people management.

Alongside James' skills in the call centre sector, he holds tertiary qualifications in Primary Education and qualifications in Organisational Coaching, Frontline Management and Financial Services.
